Stats
Stats is under Content in the left-hand menu. Each entry is a statistics report — a titled report with one or more infographic images, published with a date and a byline.
This is where market statistics go. The images do the work; the entry gives them a title, a date and somewhere to live.
Adding a report
- Click Stats in the left-hand menu.
- Click Create New.
- Fill in the Title.
- Set the Publication Date.
- Add your Images — at least one is required.
- Choose a Card Image.
- Save as a Draft while you work, then Publish when it's ready.
| Field | What it's for |
|---|---|

| Members Only | Tick to hide the report from the public |
Drafts
Stats has drafts, like News does. Your work is saved as you go and nothing is public until you publish.
That matters here — a statistics report usually needs several images uploaded and put in order, and you can do that over more than one sitting without anything appearing half-finished.
You can also schedule a report to publish at a future date, the same as News — useful for lining a report up with a release date rather than having to remember to come back and publish it by hand.
There's no Preview button on Stats, unlike Pages. A draft report is saved and has its own version history (below), but the only way to see it rendered on the page is to publish it.
Version history
Every save is kept, up to the most recent 50 versions of a report. If the image order gets muddled or a change turns out to be wrong, open the report's version history and restore an earlier one.
The order of images matters
Images appear on the report page in the order they are listed. Drag them to reorder, and check the order before publishing — an infographic set read out of sequence is worse than useless.
The two byline fields
Author links to someone in your Staff list. Use it where you can — if their name or role changes, the byline updates with it.
Author Override is for a byline that has no staff record, like a guest contributor or an outside analyst.
If both are filled in, Author Override wins. So if a byline looks wrong, check the override field first — it may be quietly overriding a correct Author.
Getting reports onto a page
Reports don't appear on their own. A page needs a Stats List block, which can either pull reports in automatically by category or let you pick specific ones.
Add the report here first, then check the page showing them.
Members Only
Tick it and the report is only visible to signed-in members. Useful where market data is a membership benefit rather than public information.
Where this appears on the website
Each report has its own page at /stats/ followed by its slug — so a report with the slug march-2026-market-report is at /stats/march-2026-market-report.
