System screens you can ignore

A few screens in the CMS exist for the system rather than for you. They are listed here so that when you spot one you know it isn't something you've missed.

None of these need your attention. If one looks wrong, report it rather than changing it.

Search Results

Under Site Features. This is the index that powers search on your website — a copy of your pages, news and events kept in a form that can be searched quickly.

It maintains itself. Publish a page and it appears here on its own.

Don't edit or delete entries. If site search is missing something you've published, report it.

Event Sync Logs

A record of each run of the Tangilla event import — when it ran and what it changed.

Same purpose as Listing Sync Logs, for events instead of properties. Useful only when an event you expected hasn't appeared.

Listing Media

The photographs attached to property listings, stored separately from your Media library so that thousands of listing photos never clutter the images you actually work with.

These arrive with the listings and are managed entirely by the feed. A wrong listing photo is wrong in the MLS and has to be fixed there.

Payload Jobs Stats

Background tasks the CMS runs on its own — scheduled publishing, sync jobs, digest sends.

Purely diagnostic. Nothing here needs setting up or checking as part of your normal work.

Analytics

Under Site Features. Shows website traffic figures inside the CMS, so you don't need a separate Google Analytics login for a quick look.

Read-only. If it's empty, see Analytics Settings.

Content Import

A tool for loading content in bulk, used during setup and migrations.

Leave this alone unless someone has asked you to use it and told you exactly what to do. Bulk imports are hard to reverse — and a bulk import of documents or news can put a large number of items into the email digest queue at once. See Sending the email digest.
