Header
Header is in the left-hand menu. It holds the Utility Links — the small links that sit above or beside your main menu, for things like Member Login or Pay Dues.
The main menu is not here. Your primary navigation lives in Navigation — see Adding a page to the site menu. Header only controls the utility links.
Adding a utility link
- Click Header in the left-hand menu.
- Under Utility Links, click Add Item.
- Fill in the Label — the words people see.
- Choose what it links to.
- Click Save.
You can have at most two. The field stops you adding a third. That limit is deliberate — these sit in a small, prominent space, and a third would crowd the header on smaller screens.
Choosing what a link points to
Same three options as anywhere else in the CMS:
- Internal link — a page on your own site
- Custom URL — another website, such as a payment portal
- File Upload — a file people download
Utility links most often point at something external, like a member portal, so Custom URL is the common choice here. Tick Open in new tab for those.
Removing one
Click the × on the row, then Save. The link disappears from the header; nothing else is affected.
