Offices
Offices is under Tangilla Data + MLS in the left-hand menu. It holds the brokerage and office records your agents belong to.
These records come from Tangilla. Most fields are read-only, and that is normal.
What's on an office record

| Business Name | The office name, and what the list is sorted by |
| Address, City, State, Zip | Where the office is |
| Office Phone, Email, Webpage | Contact details |
| Logo | The office logo shown on the website |
| Office MLS ID | The office reference in the MLS |
What you can and can't change
Fields that are greyed out are owned by Tangilla and are rebuilt every time the feed updates. Correct those in Tangilla, not here — a change typed into a synced field is replaced on the next sync.
Admins and Editors can update an office. Authors cannot. Only an Admin can create or delete one.
If an office is missing or wrong
- Check Tangilla first. A missing office is nearly always missing from the feed.
- Check Last Synced on a few records to confirm the sync is running.
- If Tangilla is correct and the CMS still isn't after a sync, contact support.
