Listing Sync Logs
Listing Sync Logs is under System in the left-hand menu. It records every run of the property listing sync — when it ran, whether it worked, and what it changed.
You don't need this screen day to day. It is for one question: "has the listing sync actually run?"
Reading a run
Each row is one sync run. Open one to see:
| Field | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Status | Whether the run succeeded or failed |
| Duration | How long it took |
| Listings Processed | How many the feed sent |
| Listings Created | New properties added |
| Listings Updated | Existing ones changed |
| Listings Removed | Ones taken off |
| Images Downloaded / Uploaded | Photo activity |
| Error Count | How many problems occurred |
| Summary | A plain description of the run |
| Triggered By | The person who started it, if someone did |
When to look here
A member says their listing isn't on the site. Check the newest run. If the last successful run was before their property was listed, it simply hasn't been picked up yet.
Listings look stale. If the newest run is days old, or the recent ones show errors, that's worth reporting.
Before reporting a problem. Being able to say "the last run was Tuesday at 3am and reported 14 errors" turns a vague report into something fixable straight away.
What you can't do here
These records cannot be edited. They are a history — the CMS writes them and nothing changes them afterwards, deliberately, so the record of what happened stays trustworthy.
Only an Admin can remove old entries, and there is rarely a reason to.
If a run shows errors
A small error count is not necessarily a problem — an individual listing with unusual data can fail while everything else succeeds.
Worth reporting when: the error count is large, the same errors repeat every run, or a run fails completely.
