Committee Members
Committee Members is under Tangilla Data + MLS in the left-hand menu. It holds the people who sit on each committee. The committees themselves are in a separate screen — see Committees.
These records come from Tangilla, like the committees they belong to.
What's on a record
| Field | What it is |
|---|---|
| Full Name | The person's name, and what the list is sorted by |
| Committee | Which committee they sit on |
| Position | Their role on it — chair, member, and so on |
| Office | The office they belong to |
| Phone Number | Their listed contact number |
The sidebar carries Source, Tangilla ID and Last Synced, all read-only.
Adding or removing someone
Do this in Tangilla, not here. Committee membership is owned by the feed — a person added or removed in the CMS will be put back the way Tangilla has it on the next sync.
Admins and Editors can update a record. Authors cannot. Only an Admin can create or delete one.
If someone is on the wrong committee
Correct it in Tangilla. The change flows through on the next sync and stays correct.
